James R. Davey

President & Chief Executive Officer


James R. (Jim) Davey is President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Curativa Cannabis, a division of Envirosafe Chemicals Canada. Jim has held senior management roles over the past forty-nine years. He is currently Owner, President, CEO and Chairman of Envirosafe Chemicals Canada for the past twenty-five years. During this time, Jim has initiated the development of Envirosafe Chemicals Canada for the purpose of encouraging the distribution of environmentally sound products. Jim leads all business operations, where he has established distribution rights, supervises the development of formulation, aerosol & packaging of product lines.

Jim provides his extensive knowledge, expertise and experience in chemical microbiology, chemical engineering, biosciences and biotechnologies  to Envirosafe Chemicals Canada.

Prior to Envirosafe Chemicals Canada, Jim was Owner, and CEO for Rapid-Scape Landscaping, responsible for Organic Landscaping on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada for seventeen years. Before founding Rapid-Scape Landscaping, he held positions from Product Marketing Engineer to Distribution Manager during a five-year career at Envirozym Biochemical.

Jim attended McGill University and trained in Industrial Marketing, Package Design in Montreal, Quebec. As well as, a Board member and Vice-President of Saskatoon Executive Club, President of Parks Canada, held Chairman of OHWCB. He is presently President of Tecalai/Yori Park, Guaymas San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico.

Norine Sandra Davey

Vice President


As Vice President of Envirosafe Chemicals Canada, Norine Sandra (Sandy) Davey leads all facets of marketing, and business administration. Sandy has proven executive management expertise with over 25 years of experience driving sales growth in the industrial specialty chemical industry.

Additionally, Sandy was Executive Manager for Rapid-Scape Landscaping, responsible for organic landscaping in which she led design, plant growth and implementation for seventeen years.

Previously, Sandy was Chief Marketing Officer of Plantree Florist locations, for nine years. Here, she led a design team and implemented sales and marketing strategies. As well as overseeing tropical plant growth and maintenance.

Sandy was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales for Gail Adams, International Wildlife Artist.  While Sandy was responsible for all global sales and marketing activities, she transformed Adams into a successful business generating sales growth 50% year-over-year for seven years.

Sandy attended University of Saskatchewan, Canada, Saskatoon Wildlife Program as well as College Marketing and Administration Program at the Nanaimo Vocational School 1971.

Christi-Lyne Davey, BCS

Vice President, Marketing & Communications


Christi-Lyne Davey, BCS, is an executive professional with over 20 years’ experience in communications, marketing and business development in the energy, power, media and hospitality sectors. Her career experience includes directorship and senior management positions, such as Director of Communications for SNC-Lavalin, Power & Oil Gas sectors, and Manager of Business Development, Marketing & Communications for AMEC Americas, Oil Sands Division.


Christi-Lyne has planned, implemented and directed international communication strategies to position organizations in key markets. She has successfully aligned business strategy with corporate messaging to support and influence positive reputation. Christi-Lyne has directed multiple, high-performing communications teams, locally and internationally for 16 countries in 13 languages, across business sectors and regions. She has an adept ability to engage and interface with all stakeholders and partners including government, First Nations, public and client relations experience with major corporations.


Christi-Lyne is a Senior Member of International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She has been on several Boards including Senior Communications Board Member/Advisor to SNC-Lavalin Global Corporate Communications Board; Chair, Communications Board, Oil Sands Division, AMEC Americas Limited; Board Chair, Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration (CAPLA); Member of Crown Land Sales Community of Practice, EnCana Corporation.


Christi-Lyne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies (BCS) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Also, a she holds a Diploma in Television as a Writer / Producer / Director from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), in Calgary, Alberta.


In addition to her corporate career, Christi-Lyne is an established Television Writer / Producer / Director, and has vast experience in Project Management.

Dana Karlson, BScPharm



Dana Karlson, BScPharm, is currently a small business owner and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.

After graduating from Kindersley Composite high school as class Valedictorian, he started his educational career by receiving a tennis scholarship to North West Missouri State University where he majored in Biology.

Upon his return, Dana attended the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in 1997.  

He worked as a full time Pharmacist until he decided to purchase his first pharmacy in 2002. By 2010, Dana had expanded to owning 6 pharmacies in rural Saskatchewan. In recent years, he has downsized and is currently the sole owner and operator of 3 locations.

He is currently a member of the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals and the Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan.

Ryan Lee Pierce Mann

Senior Agricultural Specialist


Ryan Lee Pierce Mann, owns and operates R. Mann Farms Ltd., a 4th generation 7,500 acre grain, pulse, and oilseed farm located 15 miles southwest of Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Ryan is also owner and operator of R. Mann Aggregates Ltd., which operates a gravel pit and offers aggregate sales to Battleford and surrounding areas.

Raised in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada, Ryan graduated  John Paul II Collegiate in 1994. He graduated University of Saskatchewan, Canada, with a diploma in Agriculture with Agriculture-Business major in 2007.
